Also Needed: Federal tax credits equivalent to those offered for wind and solar projects Dedicated state funds to invest in market demand and industry development Dedicated resources for ongoing research on regional fuel supply, incentives to keep land forested, etc. Awareness and support of real estate, insurance and banking sectors
