  2. Mary Brown,77 years old, suffered a CVA. Is unconscious and breathing through the mouth via O2 face mask. 2,500 mL intravenous fluid ordered daily? Write suitable nursing diagnosis?

  4. Joe,46 years old, was admitted with a fractured femur. Teeth stained from heavy smoking .gums are reddened in some area and bleed when flossed. States, ‘’ I can’t remember when I last saw a dentist’’. Pronounced halitosis. Write suitable nursing diagnosis?
