Current Activities • Health insurance for Users: presentation by Pierre Bonnal • Increase efficiency while maintaining our culture of Welcome Service • Review and further improve Users’ Office software and tools • Aim for clarity and to align with the diverse expectations of the Users • Targeted to each specific situation including details valid for the particular person where possible • Pre-Registration Tool (PRT): beta test at CERN started with Visiting Scientists (VISC) • EDH: target to specific cases • Daily Reminders: new implementation • Request for the French residence card (NNPF) • We thank GS-AIS for their collaboration ACCU Meeting 11.
