For be in good health haven’t got enough do movement, but eat well too. Here are some advices to learn to eat in correct way:
1. THE MEALSThe chief meals are 3, that are breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 2 snacks one early-rising and one afternoon.
The breakfast it’s important like the dinner and the lunch. Because give the energy for to face the beginning of the day and don’t arrive at the lunch time with too hunger. … but without exaggerate
Between the breakfast and the lunch is advice one snack, like between the lunch and the dinner. The snack has got for the purpose.
The dinner is the last meal before go to the bed. It’s better remainlight avoiding dishes heavy because we needn’t a lot of energy.
2. The alimentary piramid • The alimentary piramid indincate the dishes you have to eat during the week: • at the base of the the piramid we can find the meals more consumption: the rise, pasta, bread with the proteins; • a step on there are fruits and vegetables with water and vitamins; • in the third step we can find cheese, lactic, milk, yogurt, calcium, but you don’t have to eat too much. In the same step we find eggs, white meat like kitchen, the fish and the legumes.
In the tallest step there are sweets, candies, salt and oil .Thisfood have tobe limitate because have more fats .
3.THE MOVEMENTEatgoodisimportantfor have a goodhealth you needto do physicalactivities.Do ourfavourite sport, help ustoremain in goodhealth and in a funny way.
All the sportsneedour body tobe strong. Forexample in dance everytimethat a dancer stay on the points of herfeet, the body needstobevery strong.
