Texas State Intensive English (TSIE). BRIDGE PROGRAM. “ Bridge ” is the term used for conditional admission at Texas State University. Students in the Bridge Program are concurrently enrolled in Texas State Intensive English (TSIE) classes AND the academic classes of their major.
