  6. module 1: voorbereiding doel: interne organisatie voorbereiden; aansluiting subsidies en organisatie; presentaties mogelijkheden (Europees, nationaal en provinciaal) aansluiting met beleid eigen organisatie oriëntatie op derde gelden; inventarisatie en analyse positie subsidie coördinator strategie bepalen.

  7. module 2: match & aanvragen doel: optimaliseren aanvragen; de match maken in de praktijk; schrijven projectplan; maken projectbegroting; werkproces match & aanvragen.

  8. module 3: uitvoering doel: optimaal verzilveren; project start up inhoudelijk; project start up financieel administratief; monitoring: inhoudelijk & financieel; einddeclaratie: inhoudelijk & financieel werkproces uitvoeren & einddeclaratie.

  9. planning & financieel voorinschrijving: vanaf juli 2013; start e-learning programma: 24.9.13; meerdere collega's betrekken; certificaat met PE punten prijs: € 495 per module, € 1250 voor 3; AenO fonds loopbaanregeling; toewerken naar kostendekkend verhaal;
