Pedicure is a cosmetic procedure for the treatment of feet and toenails. • It involves cleaning of feet, exfoliating dead skins and debris, massaging with ointments and cream, shaping the feet and polishing toenails and filing nails. • The procedure is for maintaining healthy feet, improving appearance and relaxing the body

  3. OBJECTIVE • To improve feet health, hygiene and nail health. • Scrub off and remove calluses and dead skin cells • Stimulate blood circulation • Promote detoxification and stress relief • Minimize nail infections and diseases

  4. TOOLS and EQUIPMENTS • Nail cutter and filler • PUMICE STONES • FOOT MASSAGE MACHINECUTICLE PUSHER AND NIPPLE • NAIL POLISH, BASE COAT, TOP COAT

  5. STEPS Preparation of the foot • Soaking feet in warm water for quite some times to unclog pores and sanitise it • Using cleansers to remove dirt, debris and nail polishes

  6. Trimming and filing the nails • Pushing and removing dead cuticles • Scrubbing heels and soles • Applying lotions or cream for relaxation • Applying feet mask for nourishment • Polishing : applying base coat, nail polish and top coat
