  1. 7-Day Itinerary for Rajasthan - A Complete Travel Plan for Rajasthan Rajasthan is the land of kings, queens, and princesses, and it's also home to some of the most beautiful palaces in the world. There are countless temples and forts to explore in this state, but there's one thing that will always stand out above all else: its food. Rajasthani cuisine is a delicious mix of traditional recipes from all over India, and it's impossible to leave Rajasthan without tasting some curry or chutney! Rajasthan is full of amazing things to do—but if you're planning on visiting this part of India, don't expect a relaxing vacation. It's not easy to get around the state by public transport; there aren't many trains or buses running between cities so it's best to opt for a car rental in Udaipur if you're planning on traveling around Rajasthan by yourself. Day 1: Jaipur Rajasthan is a state that's all about the colors. The people, the food, the architecture—it's all vibrantly colored and incredibly beautiful. And nowhere is this truer than in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and its largest city. Jaipur is a stunning city with an amazing history, and it's also a great place to start your trip. If you're looking for things to do in Jaipur, we recommend visiting Hawa Mahal (also known as "Palace of Winds"), Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar Observatory, and City Palace Museum. You can also explore some of India's best shopping at places like Pushkar Bazaar or Johari Bazaar. Day 2 and 3: Jaisalmer On day 2, you will be driving to Jaisalmer, which is about 300 km from Jaipur. This city is famous for its desert sand dunes and beautiful architecture. It is known as “Golden City” because of its yellow sandstone constructed buildings that are built by local merchants during their time of the trade with other countries. You can visit Sam Sand Dunes on this day which is located around 50 km away from golden city, where there will be camel rides available for tourists to enjoy the view of sunset in the desert area. Day 4: Jodhpur The next stop on your itinerary is Jodhpur which is about 282 km away from Jaisalmer city. Explore all places here like Jodhpur fort, Jaswant Thada, and Mandore Gardens.

  2. Day 5: Jodhpur to Udaipur After breakfast drive to Udaipur (260km). On arrival check into your hotel for an overnight stay at Udaipur. Day 6 and 7: Udaipur After visiting Jodhpur, move on to Udaipur which is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in Rajasthan due to its beautiful lakes, palaces, temples, and gardens. There are many things to do in Udaipur such as visiting Lake Pichola or Jag Mandir palace which are both located near each other by taxi in Udaipur. You can also go for a boat ride on Lake Pichola where you will find peace. You can easily get the best taxi services in Udaipur.
