  1. If you or someone you love visits a therapist, there are questions you need to ask to avoid what is cluster c problems. Having a personality disorder may put you at risk, mean you have a lot of needs, and need a high level of care. Narcissistic personality disorder: Patients have a very exaggerated sense of self-importance, believing they are entitled to the admiration of others. Amber is suffering from avoidant personality disorder, a personality disorder that involves avoiding relationships because of fear. People with obsessive-compulsive personality disorder don't trust that others can help them, while people with avoidant personality disorder don't trust that others will like or accept them. Treatment of personality disorders mostly involves a complete course of psychological therapy, which normally lasts for at least six months or longer and will depend on the severity of the condition, along with other co- existing problems. Of all the personality disorders, people with Cluster B disorders are the ones that most commonly present to services. Personality disorder, unspecified (includes "character neurosis " and " pathological personality"). In our study, there were no associations between gender and suicidal ideation or behavior in depressed patients with CCPD and those without co-occurrence of other personality disorders.
