  2. Morrison Creek Construction Along Union Pacific Railroad • Contract will be advertised for bids on July 22, 2011. • SAFCA is working with UPRR to obtain real estate. • Construction will not start until May 1, 2012 due to Endangered Species Act compliance.

  3. Post Authorization Change Report (PACR) • Floodplain determination work is on-going. • Reviewing County General Plan with County staff to determine future hydrology. • PACR is scheduled to complete in July 2014.
