Primaire syphilis Primaire affect= sjanker en adenopathie: ontstaat 3-4 weken na besmetting Ovale tot ronde erosie, 5mm tot 2cm, scherp begrensd, rood oppervlak “gevernist”, pijnloos, hard, uniek Atypische beelden: multipele kleine, diep crusteuze, pijnlijke,… Unilaterale lymfadenopathie, pijnloos Duur: 4-6 weken, genezing zonder litteken

    10. sjanker Lokalisatie: Man: Vnl glans, ook schacht, scrotum, pubis Vrouw: Grote schaamlippen, soms kleine schaamlippen, portio uteri Andere lokalisaties: anus (vrouw, homo’s), mond: vaak pijnlijk en gezwollen
