3. Present (Cont) • This is a present day flip phone. • Right now it cost $349.99. • In about five years this phone probably won’t even exist.

4. Present (Cont) • This is a present day slide phone • Right now it cost $599.99. • In about five years you could buy this for free.

5. In 5 Years • Smaller and thinner- It would be as small as two Post-It Notes stuck together. It could easily fit into your pocket. It would be half as thin as a RAZR. • w/ magnifying glass (Or glasses)- If you need to see something and you forgot your glasses at home you could press a button on your phone. It would come out as a thin lens and you could see with them.

6. In 5 Years (Cont) • Platinum- It would be made out of this precious metal and would be harder to scratch. • Cost more money- This phone would probably cost you up to $1000. • More megapixles for the camera- The phone would have about 12 megapixles.

7. In 5 Years (Cont) • More memory- It would have 1125 megabytes. • w/ chips for video game- Instead of just downloading games, you could just put in a chip and the games are even better than PSP.

8. In 7 Years • Movies-You could buy movie chips and put it in and watch the movie. • Homework-You could do your homework on your phone if you’re somewhere else, and then you could print it out. When it says that it already printed, all you have to do is go to your nearest printing store and you just pick it up. No, need to wait.

9. In 7 Years (Cont) • Scent- When you watch the television on the phone, you could smell whatever you’re watching. Ex: In a flower show, you could smell flowers. • Bigger holographic screen- If you want to watch T.V. or a movie, and if you think it’s too small, then you could push a button. Then, a bigger screen will appear.

10. In 7 Years (Cont) • Change- You give a dollar in the phone and you receive a change. • Holographic picture- There’s a layer of glass that can have a person’s setting and themselves when you talk to them.

11. In 10 Years • Intelligent calculator – You can ask it a math problem and it responds with an answer, or you could say “help me out” and a holographic screen will appear. Then, it will put up for example 5 fingers plus another five and you could count them up and get the answer. • Thin as paper –This phone is as then as itgets. • Titanium –Itis the most durable phone.

12. In 10 Years (Cont) • GPS –This is a global position system. If you get lost or kidnapped you could push only one button, and the police will come ASAP. • Speaking phone -It can say hellos and good- byes. • Wallet- Your phone can have a wallet to put all of your cards and money in it. You’ll have your own little bank.

13. In 10 Years (Cont) • Retracting ability- You could retract it as small as a button on your phone for space conservation. • Sensor Pad- Instead of having a stylus for your internet use, you would have a sensor pad like on a computer. • Home schooled- If you are absent, your teacher could teach you over the phone. You could see your teacher and hear her lecture as well as talking to her. She could see us too and gives us assignment. It’s like going to school only you don’t have to.

14. In 20 Years • Holographic talking device- This is where you sign up with your cell phone server, and when you need to call someone, or when someone calls you a satellite image will come up. You won’t even need a cell phone. No one else could hear what the person who is talking to you is saying. If someone calls you the screen appears. • Variety of devices- You could say whatever you need and it pops up. Ex: cell or PDA.
