To abandon of all forms of prejudice • To assure women the same equal opportunity as men • To recognize of the unity and relativity of religious truth • To elimination extreme poverty and wealth • To promote universal education • Every person has the responsibility of independently searching for the truth • To establish a global commonwealth of nations • To recognize that true religion is in harmony with reason and the pursuit of scientific knowledge TheologicalBasic Beliefs

They believe that a person needs to pray. • They choose one of three obligatory prayers for recitation each day. • The purpose of life is to know and love God, and to progress spiritually. • Prayer and meditation are the primary tools for spiritual development. • Regular community gathering help to promotes and sustain the unity of the local Baha'i community. • They are to reflect on their deeds and their worth.   4. They face some prosecution in the middle east because they are not viewed as being a religion but as apostasy from Islam. • They are viewed as being a very religious and very knowable of  the Bible. • They are know for being loving and peaceful. Sociological

There work is to advance peace and build community around the world. • They are dedicated to creating a peaceful and a prosperous world civilization. • These efforts have two main points • Grassroots community - projects that address the spiritual and material needs of the community. • Diplomatic and public policy - collaboration with governments and like organizations to advance the rights of women and sustainable development. In the world there are more than 5 million Baha’is’. • There are Baha’is’ in some 100,000 localities on the earth. • Members are engaged in some 600 ongoing social and economic development projects. • Since 1948 the Baha’i International Community has been registered with the United Nations. • Currently there are 7 Houses of Worship – in Australia, Germany, India, Panama, Samoa, Uganda, and the United States.
