  3. Why the Exodus? • What does the Exodus represent to the people of Israel? (Chew) • Fulfilling of the covenant of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob • Had they stayed in Egypt, they may have been completely exterminated • What does the Exodus mean to us? (Swallow) • It represents our journey through life, to the Celestial kingdom.
