The Nejib Doss Tunisia-led initiative aims to evaluate psoriasis across Arabic nations. Activities include promoting research, hosting conferences and workshops, and conducting educational programs. The creation of the North African Psoriasis Study Group involves collaboration with Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, KSA, and Kuwait. Tunisia's Psoriasis Club conducted epidemiologic studies, while Algeria established a Psoriasis Group in 2009. Egypt and Jordan are at early stages of group formation. The Jordanian Society of Dermatology in Jordan has published guidelines for using biological agents in psoriasis treatment. KSA has a Psoriasis Research Chair, and Kuwait is active in the network. Collaborative efforts demonstrate the importance of a national society for sustained impact. These study groups gain momentum from Psoriasis Meetings and international conferences.
