  3. Co-coaching Definition Co-coaching is a learning relationship between two people or a small group in which one person guides another to enhance their potential in a particular area by setting goals and achieving them.

If you achieved that, what would be different in your role and what would be different in terms of the organisation? What is the situation right now? What do you see going on currently?
