The knowledge, skills, supports and experiences necessary to make a successful transition to a specific postsecondary destination



A student’s program pathway is his/her educational program and reflects the goals that help motivate him/her to complete secondary school. It is designed to prepare the student for a successful transition to an initial postsecondary destination.
