  4. Benefits of Electronic Transcripts to Collgeges • Eliminates Fraud • Transcripts can get lost – easily tracked • Saves Money and is “green” • Relieves communication frustration • Can feed directly into a scanned document • Can eventually feed into SIS and Degree Audit systems

  5. Benefits of Electronic Transcripts to Students • Accelerates the Admission Process • Increases students’ chance for acceptance/transfer • Eliminates OCR error/delay at 4 year institutions • Facilitates graduation • Eliminates time consuming verification at 4 year institutions
