i-Tor Tools and technology for Open Repositories solves Deep Web problem
i-Tor can 'harvest' databases. That means when i-Tor has a jbc connection to a database it can make objects of the whole content: projects, persons, institutes, etc and the relations between them. These objects are represented on the i-Tor website as normal browsable webpages that can be read by Google. The links are 'mod_rewritten' so they are readable for Google and all links can be followed by Google. http://forschung.itor.org/de/forschung_in_estonia/database/forschung/object?id=4085 i_Tor mod_rewrites this to http://forschung.itor.org/de/forschung_in_estonia/database/forschung/4085/
