  3. Non-Democratic Governments • Where citizens DO NOT have the power to rule. • Includes: • Monarchies • Oligarchies/ Aristocracies • Authoritarian • Theocracies • Anarchies (not seen so much) • Most commonly found around the world.

  4. Monarchies • Lead by a Monarch • King or Queen • Travels through family lineage • Reign over a “kingdom” or today a Country • Examples: • England • Sweden • Two types: • Constitutional • Absolute

  6. Aristocracy

  7. Authoritarian Dictatorship

  8. Totalitarianism
