  10. 第一次安装需要装.net 3.5SP1，可能需要5到10分钟左右

  11. 2、新闻提交（dtghc.furongedu.com） 1 注意事项： 教育局大部分平台（包括学校、新闻、党建、资源网等） 都是用的相同模版，提交方式相同，但要看清楚再提交；
