  1. Form Shortcuts R-Logic Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

Form Shortcut • As you start working with this system you will realize that there are some forms or reports you use more often then others but you have to do more then one click to open those reports or Forms. • In that case the Form Short Cut option is very help full. With the help of this form you will be able to create short cuts to various forms and reports which will be shown on the main screen and by single click you will be able to work with those Forms or Reports. • In following slides you will see the process of doing it.   3. To do this on the main screen click on User Desk option. Then in Menu click User Desk again. In sub menu click on Form ShortCut option Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Here on the Form ShortCut screen we have options to search the earlier made shortcuts or create new ones Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. For seeing the old short Cuts already made click on search button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. Here showing all the shortcuts created by the user Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. To create new short cut click on + New Record Button Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. We will select first select weather the ShortCut we going to make is for a Form or Report Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. For this example I am going to select Forms. In the Menu Name we will select the form for which we are going to make the ShortCut Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. At present there is no ShortCut for Delivery MR Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. I have selected Money Receipt (Delivery) from the list and now will click the save button to save the shortcut. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  13. Ones the Form / Report ShortCut is saved you will be returned to main form. The ShortCut will not show Immediately on the screen. You have to logout and login back again to see it. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
