Specialities There are a lot of SPECIALITIES and we ARE LISTING two of them The Panzerotti: INGREDIENTS: 100 grams of flour type "0“, water, salt, tomatoes sauce, cooked ham, mozzarella cheese ,oil. Baked stuffed squid : INGREDIENTS: floury potatoes, about 1,4 Kg OF RATHER LARGE, eggs, parsley, bread and grated pecorino,olive, garlic, salt and pepper.

  5. Agriculture The fruits and vegetables THAT ARE MOST GROWN are: Tomatoes; Fennels; Grapes; Peas; Peppers; Celery; Wheat; Cauliflowers; Olives.

  6. A city to visit: OSTUNI Ostuni (also known as THE White City) is a town of 32,514 inhabitants in the province of Brindisi. IT IS A Popular tourist destination AND THIS YEAR IT has received the Blue Flag for ITS clean water. It stands on three hills at a height of 218 meters. The main CHARACTERISTIC of the historical center, which so fascinates tourists, is the WHITE LIME ON the roofs of the houses.
