Attentions about cooling process and pouring process of Lost foam casting Lost foam cating is no adhesive dry sand casting,lost foam casting requires a certen of time for cooling after pouring casting,shakeout,hot casting and loose sand can be separated on vibrating conveyer shakeout machine,hot sand with dry coating or other impurity through the shakeout grid on the orifice plate into the sand treatment and reuse system,after screening,cooling and other process to clean impurity,iron bean and dust,when the temperature of sand is down to 50℃,then convey to sand hopper. dedusting, magnetic separating, The cooling process of lost foam casting is to mix and roll hot sand by grouting machine,also spray water , air cooling and other cooling dedusting,when sand is cold, rollback drum,cold sand fall into screening plant, Sifted sand is from a short distance belt conveyor to the bucket elevator, lifting the sand to the sand bucket..
