  2. Start of class • Encourage Questions • Walk around the room • We are adults • Control the class without being controlling • 3D Training • Establish/Maintain Authority • Bring Learning Comfort to Students • Address the L!A Students directly

  3. During Class • 3D Training • D #1 Discuss • Move away from computer • Use visuals (Hand gestures, drawings, mental pictures …) • D #2 Demo • Bring student comfort- Memory not the important thing. • D #3 Do • List all the steps on PPT slide

  4. Labs/Exercise time • Make rounds • Group discussion around Successes/Failures • Avoid snooping/annoying • Allow some quiet time (timed) • Visit special needs people • Offer tips to advanced/grumpy students • Be very specific without being annoying • Allow time to do the exercises

  5. End of class • Review Topics (Quick) • Ask for additional questions • Ensure all know about evals and sign in sheet • Offer the resources again
