  4. Prom Tickets • On sale April 13 – 19 during lunch. • All school debts must be paid. • Tickets cost $70. • For out of school guests, students can pick up a green form in the front office.

  5. Prom promise • Attend school for at least half of the day,7:25 – 10:30, on May 6, 2016. • Arrive at Prom no later than 9:00 pm with ticket(s) & I.D.(s) • Arrive 100% SOBER • Dress appropriately (Prom is formal… No “clubbing” attire) • Dance appropriately (Remain VERTICAL!) • Follow all other HCPSS Student Codes of Conduct • Ensure that any non-RHS guests abide by these rules as well

  11. Senior CalendarImportant Dates Friday May 6th • Employee requests to give diplomas due to Mrs. Berzenski • Email your graduate’s name with your name and position. • The current HCPSS employee presenting the diploma must be the parent or legal guardian of the graduate.

  14. Senior CalendarImportant Dates Tuesday May 17th • Final Exam Period 4A Wednesday May 18th • Final Exams Periods 3 & 4B • Caps & Gowns Distributed • Tickets Distributed • Information about Graduation Photographer and Video sent home.

  15. Caps & Gowns • Cap and gowns are required attire for the Commencement Ceremony and the Senior Panoramic Picture. • Caps & gowns will be distributed on Wednesday May 18th during rehearsal. • Hang up immediately to eliminate wrinkles. DO NOT IRON.

  16. Dress Code • Female graduates should a dress/skirt or dress pants with dress shoes. No jeans or shorts permitted. Avoid large earrings and bracelets. • Male graduates should wear shirts with a collar, neckties, dark pants, dark socks, and dark shoes. No sneakers, tennis shoes, boots, sandals, or other such footwear will be allowed. All shirts are to be buttoned and collars worn inside the gown. • No informal footwear will be permitted!

  17. Graduation Tickets • Each graduate will receive 10 graduation tickets. • Seniors will receive tickets on Wednesday May 18th during rehearsal. • All obligations must be resolved in order for Seniors to receive their tickets.

  20. Graduation Rehearsals • Although participation in the graduation ceremony is voluntary, attendance at all senior meetings is mandatory. Be on time and stay the full time. • If a student experiences an emergency illness on the day of a scheduled practice, the student’s parent/guardian must call the office by 7:25 A.M. to explain the reason for the absence. The principal reserves the right to exclude from graduation any student missing a rehearsal.
