  8. User Maintenance Functions • Add new users Four (4) permission levels per module • 1 – Read (Default) • 2 – Read, Add • 3 – Read, Add, Update • 4 – Read, Add, Update, Delete • Check user accounts • Run user status reports

  12. Change Agency • Allows HQ/Region SA to switch to and from State SA to: • Edit (update) State-Owned Codes • Load data for States • Generate EPA ID Number for Tribes

  13. Implementer of Record (IOR) • Owner and maintainer of data • State-Owned or Region-Owned • 28 IOR Blocks (modules + translator) • 9 Code-Description

  14. Lookup (LU) Table Maintenance • Allows implementers to define specific codes (user-defined codes) • Only defined codes are listed • Authorized users can: • Add, change, and update defined codes

  16. Code Inactivation • Allows SA to make certain Headquarters codes inaccessible to States and Regions
