  2. Business Description • 1.M.R is a service and retail • I selected the name of the business One More Rep because it demonstrates the hard work that is devoted to digging deep inside and push out that one more rep • I am going to sell supplements, vitamins, drinks, food (supplement bars)

  3. Nature of business • A facility where people can come: • work out • Body build • Build cardio • On their own • Be trained by professionals

  4. Products and services Our service department includes • Membership monthly sales • multiple cardio training machines • weight machines • Mat room Our retail department includes • Supplements, and vitamins • Apparel

  5. Days & Hours • It will be open 7 days a week • The hours will be 4 AM to 1 AM
