  4. Team Work • Create a “Technology Improvement” team • Minimum of four Training staff members • Meet at least once a month • Work toward improving our technology capability • Work toward improving technology integration into our classrooms

  5. Network • Improve communications with Randolph AFB IT staff • Our requirements • Their requirements • Student requirements • Develop a plan to implement wireless connectivity • Needs assessment • Research possibilities • Cost

Information System • Improve reporting capabilities of FSKC • Course reporting • Courses conducted each fiscal year • Number of students per class • Goal is to stop using the local database • Student transcripts • Accurate list of course completion • Survey results • Overall course ratings by fiscal year

Technology in the Classroom • Modernize Equipment • Electronic whiteboards • Updated audio/visual equipment • Maintain existing student computers • Budget for FY11 • Access to .net versus .mil • Social Media - Facebook and Twitter • Access to Web 2.0 tools such as Google calendar, Google documents, and Google sites
