The EBI Microarray Informatics Team, led by Alvis Brazma, is actively involved in multiple work packages aimed at enhancing data warehousing, integrating novel functional information, and modeling cell cycle dynamics. Our contributions include the development of the ArrayExpress Repository and analytical tools for the Expression Profile, facilitating researchers' access to comprehensive microarray datasets. By integrating diverse datasets and providing a cell cycle portal, we aim to advance the understanding of biological processes through innovative microarray informatics.
