  2. About Cupcake house Opening date: July 2008 Location :Collingwood Owners :3 partners Products :Cupcakes, macaroon,Coffee, tea We sell fresh baked cupcakes ,macaroon , coffee, tea and juices. Our products have several different tastes and low fat flavors for a healthy choice.

Products Cupcakes • Belgian Chocolate • Brown Mocha • Carrot • Cherry Choc • Choc Chip • Cinnamon • Cookies and Cream • Cream Cheese Choc • Cream Latte • Creamy Coconut • Lemon • Mint • Orange Poppy Seed Macaroon • Passionfruit • Pistachio Heaven • Raspberry White Choc Drinks • Coffee, Tea, Juices, spring water

Policies • We will follow OH&S policies. • We use only fresh ingredients from varieties of suppliers. • We baked product fresh everyday and also keep product in a proper place and temperature. • We will deliver product 6 days a week. • We will create or do a special product every month to present to our customer. • If the products doesn’t reach the standard, we are willing to change all products.

  6. Order policies • Customer can place the order everyday from 8.00 am.-5.00 pm. by phone, email, fax. • There is no minimum order.

  7. Return goods policies We have a standard procedures, weigh, size, color,taste and price for our products. We will present them standard products for sample. If there are mistakes of delivery, products don’t reach the standard, they can return them. We will do a new one and delivery without any conditions.

  8. Feedback We do a feedback from the customer every month. We will go to interview face to face with the customer (chef, manager ,etc.). For any complains, we will pleasure to take it and improve our products and service.

  9. To promote the relationship • Chef will present all products by himself and we share ideas if they want a special product. • We offer good conditions. • When we create a new product, we will present them first. • A special price.
