  11. The Right Man for the Job • Good reputation. • Full of the Holy Spirit. • Full of Wisdom. • Able to be appointed over an area of business- availability and responsibility.

  12. The Right Man for the Job • The apostles were not putting down deacons and deaconesses by separating responsibilities. They were recognizing calling and gifting and sharing the load of ministry.

  13. The Right Man for the Job • These deacons were also very active in ministry of the word as seen in Stephen. • 8“And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people.”

  14. The Right Man for the Job • 10 “And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke.” • 15 “And all who sat in the council, looking steadfastly at him, saw his face as the face of an angel.”

  16. The Right Qualifications • Every home needs a godly dad and mom that are full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom. • Impacting your home starts with being a servant leader. • Recognize you already ARE a leader… the only question is where and to what are you leading?

  17. The Right Qualifications • Spiritual leadership. • Personal and family devotions. • Leading in faithfulness to church. • Your home will be as full of faith and the Holy Spirit as you are.
