  2. Gobierno Electrónico en ANSES EJES DEL PLAN SECTORIAL DE E-GOV • Parametrización de Procesos • Automatización de Prestaciones • Digitalización + Despapelización • Desarrollo de Canales no Presenciales • Mayor Capilaridad de la Red de Atención

  3. Gobierno Electrónico en ANSES OBJETIVOS • Continuar diversificando e incrementando los canales que posibiliten la interacción del ciudadano con ANSES, para brindar un servicio de mayor calidad y en línea con sus necesidades.

  4. Gobierno Electrónico en ANSES PRINCIPALES VENTAJAS • Facilitar el acceso a los servicios de ANSES y llevarlos donde están sus beneficiarios. • Descongestionar el caudal de demanda de la red de UDAI.

Gobierno Electrónico en ANSES SERVICIOS POR SMS - FECHA DE PAGO POR SMS • Enviando un SMS al 26737 (ANSES) con la palabra CUANDO y el número de beneficiario, el usuario recibirá como respuesta un SMS con la información sobre la fecha y lugar de cobro de haberes. AL 26737 CUANDO 15012067890 Mensual Octubre desde 01/10/ hasta 10/11 en Banco Nación Av. 25 de Mayo 123 San Martín

Gobierno Electrónico en ANSES SERVICIOS POR SMS - ESTADO DE EXPEDIENTE POR SMS • Enviando un SMS al 26737 (ANSES) con la palabra EXPT y el número de expediente, el usuario recibirá como respuesta un SMS con el estado del trámite. AL 26737 EXPT 024800473233520081 Su trámite ha sido resuelto en forma favorable.
