Cuatro verdades acerca del liderazgo y la gente • Las personas son el TESORO más preciado de la iglesia. • El bien más importante de un líder es su HABILIDAD de tratar con las PERSONAS. • Un buen líder puede liderar varios grupos porque el liderazgo se trata de PERSONAS. • Usted puede tener habilidad para tratar con las personas y no ser un buen LÍDER, pero no puede ser un buen líder sin tener habilidad para tratar con las personas.

  4. LUCAS 10:30-37La manera como se ve a sí mismo es la manera como usted sirve a la gente. • LOS LADRONES Usaron a la gente. Manipularon a otros. Vieron al hombre como una VÍCTIMA PARA EXPLOTAR.

  11. La gente está NECESITADA. Hable primero a sus necesidades. • La gente SE DEPRIME. Déles ánimo. • La gente quiere TRIUNFAR. Ayúdeles a ganar. • La gente desea RELACIONES. Provéales una comunidad. • La gente busca MODELOS para seguir. Sea un ejemplo.
