Let's whip up the spinach and mushrooms to make some spinach mushroom French bread pizzas, add some garlic bread base for extra flavor, and top the bread pizzas with a simple mix of spinach, sauteed mushrooms, and cheese. Saute the mushrooms on a medium flame until the ingredients are golden brown and soft.

  2. Now add the frozen spinach to the pan with the mushrooms and continue to saute until the spinach is finely cooked and the moisture has evaporated. Combine the butter, olive oil, finely minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl to make the garlic butter mixture. In half, lengthwise cut the loaf of French bread, and fill the baking sheet with the pieces of garlic bread with the garlic butter mixture on one side. Mix the cooled spinach and mushrooms with the finely shredded cheese, crumbled black pepper, and grated red pepper. Spread the spinach mushroom blend among the four slices of bread and brush it evenly all over the bread's surface. The remaining cheese should be sprinkled on top.
