Let’s go through the process of turning your idli dosa batter into delicious kuzhi paniyaram with sunflower oil manufacturers in Tamil Nadu. Ingredients 1. 1 cup of raw rice 2. ¼ cup of urad dal 3. ¼ cup of fenugreek seeds 4. 2 tablespoons of Sundew refined sunflower oil 5. 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds 6. 1 teaspoon of urad dal 7. A pinch of hing 8. A handful of curry leaves 9. 1 onion chopped 10. 1 tablespoon of ginger 11. Finely chopped green chillies as per your preference Steps to make Kuzhi Paniyaram 1. Soak the rice, dal, and fenugreek seeds for 4 hours. Drain the water and grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth paste. 2. Transfer the batter; add salt and rest it for 8 hours or overnight so that it can ferment. 3. To prepare the tempering for paniyaram, add mustard seeds and urad dal to the hot oil in the pan, and once it sizzles, add hing and curry leaves. 4. Once everything is cooked, add the green chillies, ginger, onions, and salt. Saute them till they are completely combined and cooked well. 5. After everything is done, add them to the batter and mix well. 6. Heat oil in the paniyaram tawa and add a scoop of batter to each hole. 7. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes. After three minutes, flip over and cook the paniyaram. Add oil if you want. 8. Serve it hot with chutney and sambar. Your crispy and delicious kuzhi paniyaram is ready to be served.
