National Junior Honor SocietyAccomplishments • Volunteered monthly at Our Daily Bread • Tutored seventh graders and assisted in LIU classrooms • Volunteered at Dollars for Scholars Fall Festival, Elementary Fall Family Nights, Elementary May Days • Created home-made Halloween cards and hand-delivered to residents at the Villa • Organized and managed a staff children’s winter holiday and spring holiday party • Placed over 1,000 American flags on graves at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens for Memorial Day • Inducted 65 new members on May 15, 2012 • Visited Leg-Up Farms and raised $900 to fund a “Matthew’s Town” mural
