Implementation Details • Customers assigned to zone based on electrical connectivity • Billing system modification underway • Establishing dedicated C&I call center team, dedicated team to service competitive suppliers, customer education messages and call center scripts to be developed • Customer Forum co-sponsored by AIM in April

  8. Procurement & Pricing • 100% of Default has been procured through June 30, 2003 • 50% of Default has been procured from July 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 • RFP by zone for remainder to be issued in April 2003 • July – December will reflect blended rate
