    2. 2 “Systems Integration Solutions” Satellite Systems Engineering (1991) Distance Learning (ICE[‘96],SSA[‘03], IRS[’04]) VSAT Networks (US Border Patrol[’96], Systems Integration (Total Solutions) Streaming Video (CNN,CSPAN, CNBC) [’00] DISA/GBS[’01 & ‘04],GWOT/DVB-RCS[’05] ICE-TV (DS-3 Backhaul IP Video) Satellite Bandwidth/Teleport Services [’01] SSA, NASA, USGS, NAVAIR, IRS Virtual Fiber Networks [’02] “EagleStreams” [’03] National Coverage, Secure, Standards-based, COTS, Datacasting Service Applications: Dx Learning, Content Delivery, Digital Signage MARSHALL started operations in in 19991 as SATCOM consultant after retiring from the Joint Staff (J6) and DISA as Lt Col USAF. We began Systems Integration and providing Total Solutions in 1996 with Distance Learning services where we provide all components (space segment, remote site HW installation and Help desk (O&M) service. MARSHALL provides in both “one-way” and “two-way” satellite services. We currently provide all VSAT services for the US Border Patrol along the Northern and Southern borders. We are also the technical architects for DISA’s Global Broadcast Service in which we assess and test new technologies for operatinal use. Our ICE-TV solution for DHS is the “first-ever” operational, secure, IP video satellite network in the nation. It also includes the custom design, installation and operations/maintenance of the “backhaul” circuit for broadcast quality video generated at the studio in DC and being delivered to the uplink station flawlessly. EagleStreams is MARSHALL’s secure IP satellite multicast service for ultra reliable content delivery. This service leverages technologies from the GBS and allows for thedelivery of data live or stored using Type 2 encryption (FIPS certified).MARSHALL started operations in in 19991 as SATCOM consultant after retiring from the Joint Staff (J6) and DISA as Lt Col USAF.
