Scope of Second Work Stream: Electronic Address Discovery • Previous feedback and outcomes of 2nd SWG has emphasized need to provide mechanism to support the querying of provider directories to discover electronic addresses using some basic provider attributes • Digital certificate discovery and electronic address discovery work streams will be conducted in parallel and stay in sync • Electronic address discovery work stream will address minimum data elements for a provider directory and leverage significant progress already made by the State HIE Community of Practice (CoP) • State HIE CoP will be invited to present its work to the Sprint Team and vice versa so that both groups remain in sync
