June Meeting • Christine Wright (PUCT Staff) provided an Update on the Advanced Metering Rule • Background • HB 2129 • Staff’s Goal • Requirements • Implementation • Bryan Sams (Reliant) provided an Update Legislation related to Distributed Renewable Generation: • HB 3693 • Credit for Surplus Generation by Public Schools • Interconnection of Distribution Renewable Generation

Revised Expectations List • Began Review of Current List for Clarifications • Recommended, for this task, to define Small Renewable Generation as equal to or less than 50kW • Began to Categorize the List into Short-Term or Long-Term Requirements • Asked TX SET to Provide Options on the how to Facilitate the Appropriate Data Transfer • Investigate Subtracting the Monthly Generation value during the Aggregation Process • Proper Threshold for Scheduling Generation by QSE

  5. Future Workshop Efforts • Continue to Track Development of Rules and Laws • Next Meeting Scheduled for July 9 • Continue to Group Issues, Gaps, and Expectations into Broad Categories • Further divide Issues into Short-Term and Long-Term Tasks
