Downton Abbey once again pulled the crowd on UTV and Sky 1’s long await Irish comedy Moone Boy was a big hit with the viewers topping the Sky 1 poll every week in September. Channel 4’s fantastic coverage of the Paralympics drew to a close early in September and for the remainder of the month Sport was dominated by the All Ireland finals and the Premiership getting well and truly underway. Charlie Sheen’s come back in Anger Management on Comedy Central proved to be popular. The kids still go for the old reliables: Peppa Pig on Nick Jrn and Spongebob Square Pants on Nickelodeon fairing well this month.
