  1. eLearning: Incentive Idea Having an incentive to motivate people to use their NLMS account and complete content is a positive way to encourage and reward learners. Using an incentive within your communication methods is a great way of ensuring people will ‘latch on’ to your eLearning programme and it will also help spread your message through the use of viral marketing. In Trusts where this has been tried it has proved to be very successful. An incentive can be anything in which your learners finds value, from free lunches to money off books. Speak with your teams within your hospital or Trust who may be able to supply ideas or even the incentive itself.
