  9. Anytime there is a RUNNER on 1stU2 will be in “A”andU3 will be in “C”

  12. Anytime there is a RUNNER on 2nd, butNO RUNNER on 1stU2 will be in “B”andU3 will be in “D”

  15. Go to the “Open” umpire U2 for RIGHT handed batters U3 for LEFT handed batters CHECK SWINGS

  28. Positioning for calling plays at 3rd Base Runner advancing from 2nd base “SLIDE” or when working inside from C Pickoff Plays Runner returning to 3rd Base

  29. U3 is the “KEY” for rotation when U2 and U3 are on the corners

  30. Think of it like all umpires are connected by a “string”

  31. If you GO OUT You STAY OUT

  32. NO RUNNERS U3 Goes Out

  33. NO RUNNERS U2 Goes Out

  34. NO RUNNERS Infield Hit

  35. NO RUNNERS Base Hit to Outfield

  36. Runner on 1st Steal of 2nd

  37. Runner on 1st Fly Ball to Left Field

  38. Runner on 1st U2 Goes out

  39. Runner on 1st Possible double play

  40. Runner on 1st Base Hit to Outfield

  41. Runner on 1st & 2nd Double Steal (Throw to 3rd)

  42. Runner on 1st & 2nd Double Steal (Throw to 2nd)

  43. Runner on 1st & 2nd Double Steal (two throws)

  44. Runner on 1st & 2nd Trouble Ball – Left Field
