Introduction • NXP has introduced a new powerful part to its 50V portfolio, the BLF574 • An application note has been written for FM / CW performance operating in Class B. • An application note has also been written for DVB-T operation in the 174-230MHz VHF band in Class AB. • This app lab report shows a compromise tune for linear FM operations in the 88-108 MHz band. • The goal of the tune is high P1dB and efficiency for CW mode, while achieving good linearity and efficiency when operating with DVB-T. • This report presents the performance of demo #911.

  3. Performance Summary CW data is at 58.3dBm, 50V; DVB-T data is at 50dBm (see Excel files for details); 2nd Harmonic data is at 500W CW.
