Graff, Ph.D. (hgraff@gmu.edu) Standard 3 With the establishment of many recognized postsecondary programs, it is essential that the evaluation process address the necessary competencies that enable individuals to be successful. With a comparison of the Standards, Quality Indicators and Benchmarks developed by Think College, a comparison was conducted using the following research protocol: Expert panel of Director, Coordinators and SPED Faculty Evidence discussed Rating scale assigned-See Below Group reliability of each entry Data Analysis Results Standard 4 • Standard 1 Standard 5 • Standard 2
