RAINGAIN NOG Four National Observer Groups: NL, B, F, UK 20 – 50 participants : • Specialists: e.g. meteorologists, hydrologists, modellers, insurance industry? • Practitioners: water authorities, city engineers, city planners, policy makaers, environmental organisations, associations representatives Meet once a year : 4 x in project period

  4. RAINGAIN NOG Planning 2011-2012 • Set up National Observer Groups in each country : Nov 2011 – Feb 2012 • Organise first National Observer Group meetings : before April 2012 • Deliver Minutes of Meeting and participants lists : at next RAINGAIN project meeting (April 2012)
