  3. HOD AMI Taskforce Aim: • The documentation on 95% or more of medical records for patients with a diagnosis of AMI supports that the indicators were met • Code PCI indicator target is 75% to correspond with national goal for door to balloon time

  4. Why is this important to our patients? Compliance with evidence based standards of care improves patient outcomes

  5. Future Goals • Push for 95% to 100% for all measures • Prepare for the addition of more core measures
