High-Throughput Kinase Screening and Imaging of Selected siRNA Subset with Control Validation

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of kinase activity utilizing microscopy images from a high-throughput screening (HTS) of a selected siRNA subset. The experiment comprises three plates with two replicates each, evaluating the effects of eight controls per plate, including Rluc and various kinases (KIF11, KIF23, CLSPN, CASP1, PLK1, TRAPPC3, UBC, CD3EAP). The quality of the screens is assessed through image-based calculations, offering insights into kinase function and cellular responses.
