  10. Practical Evaluation • User manual/protocol • Administration, scoring, interpretation, reporting results • Required specialist qualifications

  11. Technical Evaluation • Norm groups • Sampling procedure, size of sample, disabilities, etc. • Assessments with multiple norm groups or tested with many groups with similar characteristics are the strongest • Evidence of validity • Estimates of reliability
